including double door fridge/freezer with an ice maker, 
stove with a ceramic cook-top, and dishwasher as well as some small kitchen appliances. The newly renovated kitchen is also equipped with
 cookware, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery and everything
 else you will need to cook at home. The dining table 
comfortably seats four.

This unit also has in-suite laundry with a front
loading, large capacity washer and dryer (LG ‘steamer’). The condo is very comfortable with a large balcony including 
barbecue, and a nice marble-faced wood-burning fireplace, the
 flu for which is cleaned annually.

This unit boasts large closets with built-in shelving and an exceptionally large storage room.
